Board Meeting Summary
Date: 25 April 2025

Purpose of the Meeting:
To promote cooperation between HACE and UN Agencies, Government Agencies, International Agencies, and NGOs.

Opening:
The meeting was officially opened by the Chairman of HACE, Guled M. Hassan. Present were all Board members, including the Executive Director, Mr. Abdiasis Osman Elmi, the Program Manager, Mr. Abdikadir Tukale Jibriil, and other Board members.

Discussion & Agreements:
During the session, the Board discussed ongoing initiatives and strategies for enhanced collaboration with various stakeholders. The participants unanimously agreed to implement the agenda items discussed in this meeting.

Next Meeting:
The subsequent Board meeting is scheduled for 29 May 2025.
Conclusion & Appreciation:
The Chairman concluded the meeting by expressing gratitude to all members for their active participation and commitment. Appreciation was extended to all stakeholders for their continued support towards HACE’s mission.
