Horn of Africa Community Empowerment Organization (HACE)

The Horn of Africa Community Empowerment Organization (HACE) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering community development, social empowerment, and sustainable growth in the Horn of Africa region. With a focus on strengthening local capacities, HACE works towards enhancing the livelihoods of vulnerable populations through education, health, economic opportunities, and active civic engagement.

In collaboration with local governments and other stakeholders, HACE seeks to create lasting change by implementing impactful projects that promote social cohesion, reduce poverty, and empower individuals, particularly women and youth, to contribute to their community’s development. Through participatory approaches and evidence-based interventions, HACE envisions a more prosperous, inclusive, and resilient society for the people of Somaliland and beyond.

This agreement outlines a partnership between HACE and the Local Government of Gabiley, Somaliland, to jointly implement development initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of communities within the district.
