HACE is a local non-governmental, non-political, non-profit-making and voluntary organization founded to promote good governance, development of democracy and decentralization through communities/civil society’s empowerment. HACE Organization recently distributed family food packages to internally displaced people in Hargeisa, offering much-needed relief to families facing severe hardships.
